I'd rather be a helpful consultant than a critic

In each family a story is playing itself out, and each family's story embodies its hope and despair.

HELP!!!

To do anything truly worth doing, I must not stand back shivering and thinking of the cold and danger, but jump in with gusto and scramble through as well as I can.

Let your heart lead

“The greatest treasures are those invisible to the eye but found by the heart.”

I have had a number of occasions lately to hear about how the exuberance of youth fades as the years go by. Some of us have never recovered from the pain of a lost love and limit ourselves for fear of being hurt. Most of us howeve… Continue

Ray,

Amy Stark suggested that I post this for you (see below).

Steve Fero

Our firm is working on two separate CEO projects in medical devices. And, I wanted to contact you to see if you or someone that you know could have an interest in either position.

Both positions are targeting candidates with ortho or cardio device manufacturing backgrounds who used to work at Guidant, Boston Scientific, Cook, Biomet, Zimmer, J&J Depuy, or similar device manufacturers.

One position is leading a $100 million company with multiple manufacturing facilities. This is an established company seeking a dynamic leader who can build a senior leadership team. Ideally, the right candidate will have significant P&L experience, have been CEO of a $50-250 million device company, and be motivated by growing equity.

A second position is CEO for a start up medical device manufacturer to be located here in the Indianapolis area. They will consider either an experienced medical device CEO or a seasoned Corporate or Division level executive who has had successful medical device product launch leadership.

If you know of individuals who would be interested in these positions, please pass this information on to them.

Thank you,
