You should also check out Ray's Blog - main page. I have known him personally for over 20 yrs, and he played an integral role in eradicating iodine deficiencies worldwide -through Kiwanis International. He's very wise and uplifting.

The swallow question is only funny if you're a fan of Monty Python and The Holy Grail. A personal favorite of mine. =) I spend the bulk of my blogging time on twitter, and use Stark ReAlity as a receptacle of social media trends and tools.
